Choose the right surface laptop

This is my review of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3, comparing both: the AMD and  Intel 15' models.  So, this blog is about the two new Surface laptops released in 2019. There's one 13.5' model and a 15' model. Most of this blog will be about the 15' one as it catches my interest and has a lot to discuss. There are a lot of rumours about this model.

The 15' device starts at 1200$ and the configurations that Microsoft is advertising are equipped with the AMD chips. They're well-performing custom chips with good CPU and GPU, but the thing that casts a shadow on this laptop is that Microsoft also sells the same laptop with an Intel CPU and those are better. The weird thing is that Microsoft doesn’t even sell the better(Intel) version to normal customers. You have to be a member of their enterprise program or a business customer with Microsoft to gain access to it. The difference being only 100$, people will want the Intel device. Further, with the AMD version, you get about an hour less of battery life. It could be significant depending on what you do. You also get slightly worse performance across the board. If you are not a student and no sales are going on, I would highly recommend the Intel version over the AMD.

How are they overall? They are good. The design and build quality have always been good. They don't copy anyone, They have a distinct surface design aesthetic. They have also added USB C, this year. It's a lightweight machine, particularly the 15'. The reason why it is so light is that it has the same battery in the 15' device as it has in the 13' one. So, the bigger screen doesn’t give you a bigger battery which is unfortunate.

When you lift the lid, you get your classic Microsoft screen. These are good screens. They are bright with a decent refresh rate. The keyboard and the trackpad are also really good. The surface laptops have always had great input devices and it's the same this year. I think the keyboard will be enjoyed by most of the people. It has a nice layout. The trackpad is also excellent it is literally the best trackpad on a Windows laptop. The click mechanism on this trackpad is what makes it special.
One more good thing is that this laptop now has a good sense of serviceability, so you can open the laptop very easily, but there's not much for upgradeability. Now let's talk about the performance real quick. These are good for light to average use. No matter, how Microsoft advertises them these are not good for gaming and video editing, even with the increased GPUs. You should realize that Surface laptops were made focusing on portability and not performance.

So, I like these laptops overall. I like what Microsoft has done with those small tweaks and upgrades, like Higher GPUs, USB C, keyboard and trackpad, faster charging and so on. Just keep in mind that if you want the 15' device then my recommendation is the Intel one. If you liked my blog tell me in the comments below or email me - email

Apple's AirTags

This blog is to discuss if AirTags really prevent thefts... Misusage So I read a lot of theories on how these tags are actually helping in the thefts. So if you are a thief and stealing a bike with an AirTag, you get a notification on your iPhone and then you can easily disable that. But, it's not so easy. The Tag does not notify you that an AirTag is with you until you reach a landmark. So that the owner knows you stopped at that landmark. Maybe your house, mall or a restaurant. Now there is one problem with this. If I have an AirTag and I plant it in your bag for example. So you won't know something with a GPS is with you giving your location and telling the landmark you are at. So people can track you and that is both scary and creepy. Good or Bad? Eh.. A bit of both. So, it's great if someone is trying to steal your stuff but, it's creepy when someone is stalking your movement. But, this is the first time Apple is doing this so it is not perfect but, I believe it is...

17' Razer Blade Pro 2019

Hey Guys, Welcome back to Interesting Intelligence! This laptop is SO much better than the previous blade pro. The thermals are crazy good. I would say that it is their best gaming laptop with awesome thermal performance. This laptop is brand new from this year, It is completely redesigned. It is their most expensive, most powerful and the most big-screened gaming laptop and it's a nice looking unit. I like this laptop a lot, however, there are some things which I want you to know if you're interested in picking this thing up! 1) Hardware The build of this device is very similar to the build of the 15' this year. It's got the same kind of design, shape, the light-up snake logo up front. It is very much an updated Razer product. I highly recommend you for getting a case or skin it if you buy a black one because even with very safe handling this device sometimes has dents and they are very much visible on a black one.         This laptop is obviously big...

Intel's Trap

This is my blog to review Acer Triton 300 SE, Asus Dash F15 and MSI Stealth 15M's performance with the Intel H35 chips. I will also talk about the competition between Intel and AMD. Many gaming laptops are coming out, and some of them are good, especially the new AMD ones but if you are looking to buy a laptop and your choice has an Intel chip; You have been fooled! So I am going to talk about some new Intel devices and then about Intel in general. Now I have nothing against Intel, in fact, I myself am typing this on an Intel device. Asus Dash F15 This machine has a 4-core CPU. So, this makes it easy to cool, lighter, thinner, and you would think cheaper. So it is a nice idea. But, Asus didn't make it cheap. So it does not really make sense anymore. This laptop will cost you 1700$, and you can get 8-core Asus devices in that range so why would somebody go for this?  The gaming performance is good as it has RTX 3070, and most of the games will give you a good frame...
