Apple's AirTags

This blog is to discuss if AirTags really prevent thefts... Misusage So I read a lot of theories on how these tags are actually helping in the thefts. So if you are a thief and stealing a bike with an AirTag, you get a notification on your iPhone and then you can easily disable that. But, it's not so easy. The Tag does not notify you that an AirTag is with you until you reach a landmark. So that the owner knows you stopped at that landmark. Maybe your house, mall or a restaurant. Now there is one problem with this. If I have an AirTag and I plant it in your bag for example. So you won't know something with a GPS is with you giving your location and telling the landmark you are at. So people can track you and that is both scary and creepy. Good or Bad? Eh.. A bit of both. So, it's great if someone is trying to steal your stuff but, it's creepy when someone is stalking your movement. But, this is the first time Apple is doing this so it is not perfect but, I believe it is

Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2

This is the most powerful phone on the market right now, and it's stacked with interesting features like the pop-up camera and an in-built cooling system. Body There are a lot of powerful phones in the market right now and I can say that this is more powerful than any of them. ROG 5 comes to mind with the external fan. But, this has a built one! There is a sweet pop up camera on the side as well. The phone is made to feel closer to a controller than a normal slab phone. Camera I had some concerns about the front camera but, I don't see any problems. So it's 44 megapixels and you can shoot in 4K at 30 frames per second. I thought while video calling or selfies it would look weird but it actually looks better. It looks like your eyes are looking towards the camera. The back camera is decent but, you are not really buying this phone for its cameras. The Y logo on the back, ights up and you can change colours. The phone comes with buttons on the body for gaming. There are two

OnePlus 9 - You HAVE to settle

This is a review of the OnePlus 9 and its comparison to the OnePlus 9 Pro and 8 Pro. This blog also includes discussion related to the missing OIS in OnePlus. Hardware There is a lot to like about this phone. I love the fact that it has a flat-screen and this was going to be my preferred phone instead of the 9 Pro but that may have changed. So the speakers are as good as the 9 Pro ones. They are not as good as gaming phones but, they're good. There is a solid 7-8 hours of battery life. There is a wireless charger but, with less but, still enough power. The battery is much more consistent than the battery on 9 Pro because of the high refresh rate in the Pro version. The Problem So I was sure that the OnePlus 9 camera was going to as good as the 8 Pro if not better. But, for some reason, OnePlus decide to remove optical image stabilization. This may sound very small but, the difference is huge and every OnePlus phone has had it till this one. Which 730$ does not have OIS. I am really

OnePlus 9 Pro - Overhyped?

This is my review of the brand new OnePlus 9 Pro assisted with the Hasselblad camera system. I have also compared it against the Samsung S21 Ultra and iPhone 12 Pro, which are some of the best cameras. Col our So this blog is only about the OnePlus 9 Pro, and I will probably do another one for the OnePlus 9. So, I was really excited about this phone because I think the OnePlus 8 Pro was the best phone and because OnePlus did a lot of marketing for this one and hyped it a lot. But, overhyping is dangerous, it sets some unrealistic expectations, and when they are not met, that brings a negative aspect to the product. Now OnePlus hyped it because of their partnership with one of the most well-known camera companies. Hasselblad! This camera is definitely better than OnePlus 8 Pro's in every aspect, and it should be because this is the new one. Three things are different: colour, ultrawide lens, and video. Colour was a major topic for their advertising. But, colour is a very subjective

Asus Scar 15- Gaming King?

This is my review of the Asus Strix Scar 15. This is the best gaming laptop from Asus in terms of performance. The laptop comes with AMD Ryzen, RTX 3080, an Opti-Mechanical keyboard and RGB lighting. Design Asus has a lot of gaming laptops. They have a series called Strix, which solely focuses on performance and is thicker than the normal laptops. At the top of that series is the Scar. This laptop has somethings which are not there in any other laptops. Let's talk about the exterior of the device first. So it has the ROG logo, which lights up,, and you can choose the colour or choose to not light it up at all in the software. They have now included a back cap in three different colours to get bored looking at the same laptop every day. I just wish there would have been more bright colours and not black and grey only. This whole device is plastic,, including the keyboard deck, and Asus is excellent in using plastic. Keyboard Deck This laptop has good RGB lighting but, I think it w

Macbook M1 2021: WOW!

Apple's M1 MacBooks are making the Windows laptop very hard to recommend now. They may feel the unusual choice but are looking like the right one. The WOW Part. Apple's M1 lineup is just being perfect right now. The hardware is so good that it makes it so difficult for us just to buy a laptop. If you look at their new base model. MacBook Air M1 for 999$. That fanless thing can be compared to any laptop in that price range, and it will probably win the comparison. 11 hours of battery. And the performance is even better; I would really like to know how they're doing it. The screen is also perfect. You cannot get a better screen for that price. Good resolution, 400 nits, and the colour accuracy is nice as well. But, it is not a fairy tale; there are problems. There is a limited port selection, no touch screen, and the bezels don't make it look like a very trendy laptop. But, the primary stuff is WOW. The hard part If you are already a MacBook user, you don't need to w

RTX 3060

This is my review of the new Nvidia RTX 3060. This is the cheapest GPU from RTX'S 30 series. Performance So this is Nvidia's cheapest GPU and the one with the best value. This will probably be their bestseller. Let's get into it. The performance is good but, not surprising, it is what you would expect from a 329$ machine. It is very well priced at 329, I would like it somewhere below 300 but 329 is good enough. Now 3060 has 12GB of RAM, more than 3060 Ti and 3080, Why, you ask? Well Nvidia being Nvidia knows that AMD will give 12GB RAM in their upcoming GPUs at a price much more than 300$, so they gave a competitor to them. If you put 70$ more you get 3060Ti and I would prefer that, Sure, it is a bit more expensive but, I think it is better in long-term and Ti has a better design as well. Gamers VS Miners Some time ago, Nvidia announced that RTX 3060's hash rate will be half of its ability. The reason for this was stock. If there is not a good hash rate, the miners wo
